Renowned London-based facilities house Shift 4 are expanding and looking to fill the following positions:


Our busy bookings team requires an Account Manager to provide our continually high quality of service, co-ordinating bookings of equipment and crew to our many and varied clients. In this full time, staff role, the successful candidate will respond to client enquiries by phone and email and facilitate equipment hires, processing orders and managing projects from start to finish.  Familiarity with current camera/sound/lighting/grip technology is an advantage but not essential as detailed training regarding the latest equipment and bookings systems will be offered. The role would suit a super-organised individual with a fine attention to detail, outgoing and with excellent communication skills. The ability to build and maintain successful client relationships is crucial.


Our bookings team also requires an experienced Senior Account Manager. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for existing clients and new enquiries via email or telephone, co-ordinating bookings of equipment and crew, processing orders and managing projects from start to finish. A minimum of 1 year’s hire/bookings co-ordinator experience is required. Knowledge of bookings system InspHire an advantage but not necessary. The role would suit someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines whilst maintaining professionalism and accuracy, as well as excellent communication and account management skills. Knowledge of camera, sound, lighting and grip technology would be beneficial.
