NEW CLIENT INFORMATION
As a new client we will ask for payment for your first booking in advance of collection, along with a deposit of £500, which is refundable upon return of the kit. This can be done either in person, or over the phone, by credit card. There is a minimum first hire charge of £100 + VAT for all new clients.
In addition we will need to take copies of the following documents; hence the originals will need to be received by us before the first hire takes place:
- Insurance cover document - which relates to the cover of "hired in" equipment. Alternatively Shift 4 can provide insurance at 15% of the total hire cost. Please note there is a £500 excess when using Shift 4 insurance.
- 2 x Utility bills - from your current billing address. (Only required for freelance accounts)
- Passport - to be returned upon return of the kit. (Only required for freelance accounts)
- Purchase order document – on company headed paper. (Only required for company accounts)
